This website provides a free and private workbook (worksheet) for twitter address management. You could use it for a few other social media platforms too.

Twitter does not include an "address book" in their web interface. if you want to reach out to muliple people, you have to manually type in those addresses. If you keep a list in a spreadsheet, without this advanced system, when you try to select names and paste them into twitter it will add carriage returns and blank spaces. This is designed to address that problem.

This is an extremly simple system. It's a little on the hokie side, but it works great. This also gives a good example of when a "macro" plays a nice role. There are no scripts with this. It's just spreadsheet functions. The sheet/functionality could easily be added to your "ToDo's" Workbook for fast and easy access.
